The programme includes a one-day PADI procedure with flip-chart instruction covering equipment briefing, equalization, ascent and descent, mask clearing, regulator clearing, regulator recovery and alternative air-source use.
Guests begin in a pool or semi-confined water environment before progressing to an open-water dive from the beach or boat. The introduction dive reaches a depth of 5 metres for approximately 10 to 20 minutes, with one instructor per person.
Children from 10 to 12 years old may dive to a maximum depth of 3 metres under parental supervision.
